You have to select the free option on rapidshare to download.

There is no password to download.
But, to extract the files there is a password and it is mentioned in the topic.

Your iPhone should be connected to the computer and iTunes running for ringtones to be imported into the iTunes.

Once you have done this, you can SYNC the ringtones on to your iPhone.

Hey Sumit, i just installed iTunes 7.6.2
and the deal is that your technique doesnt work coz all the files are stored as M4A already. Any solutions to this problem…. ??? Also those songs dont import into the ringtones folder !!
