I have always got excellent service from the ASP in question. There never has been a single problem. Even my friends always go to them and they also tell me that the service is very good.

This is the only Apple Service center in Chandigarh. There is no other option.

We buy these gadgets from good brands so that we get satisfactory services.But this was neva expected from service centre f a big brand lik apple..

ppl, i stay in chandigarh.
after having overwhelming experience with my macbook for more than 1.5 yrs, my macbook has started giving me problems.
its screen just go blank whenever i boot it.

is there any other dealer in chandigarh which provide services for apple products ?

That’s really annoying that they stole the RAM and instead fire back on you for being angry on them.
Apple should really do something serious on this.

This is insane, and such an insult to Apple. A few rotten apples spoint the whole basket. I am using Macbook Pro as well, and I love it. I have few minor warranty issues, but they will be taken care of from the stores in US, and I hope there are no issues. I hope somebody from Apple gets the attention and takes care of this.

This is simply UnEthical. Stealing is a Crime, Period.

If this is true then its a very shameful act on the part of the ASP. Apple should be careful particularly in Chandigarh region.Apple is going to launch its world famous 3G phones in India shortly. If this type of cheap things happen it will ruine the image, credibility and goodwill of Apple. Apple may kindly see before appointing the ASPs.

I suggest you mail this to Apple HQ guys!
I hope they close this SEQURE ENTERPRISES. I have been there too and this guy, Sodhi, is Mr. Nice before taking order and then he becomes a cheat…talks rubbish, complete nonsense! I wish Apple Inc will just screw him in every hole and take away his license!

Hopefully, you should be jobless soon Mr Sodhi!
